How the Application Process Works

We aim to keep the application process clear, fair, and straightforward for everyone. Applications are reviewed with the goal of building a balanced, high-quality market that benefits vendors, shoppers, and the community.
  1. Review Vendor Information
    Start by reviewing the vendor information, standards, and FAQs to ensure our markets are a good fit for your business.

  2. Create an Account & Submit an Application
    Vendors begin by creating a vendor account and completing an application with accurate, up-to-date information about their business and products. This includes required documentation such as general liability insurance and applicable FDACS and health department permits or licenses. Market date selection is completed as part of the application process.

  3. Application Review
    Applications are reviewed by market management based on product type, quality, market needs, and overall vendor mix. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
    Applications are reviewed individually, and approval timelines may vary depending on market needs and application volume.

  4. Approval Confirmation
    Approved vendors will receive confirmation once their application has been reviewed, along with any additional information needed prior to participating in the market.

  5. Participate & Grow
    Once approved, vendors can participate in our markets and focus on building relationships with customers and becoming part of the market community.
