Vendor Rules & Regulations

What to Expect When Selling at an Anchored Market Ventures Market

Anchored Market Ventures (AMV) operates professionally managed farmers markets designed to support vendors, serve the community, and create a positive, family-friendly market experience. The guidelines below provide an overview of our expectations for vendors interested in applying to our markets.

Full Rules & Regulations are provided to approved vendors through our official Vendor Handbook during the application process.

Equal Opportunity & Market Environment

Anchored Market Ventures provides equal opportunity to all approved vendors and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind.

Vendor decisions are based on market needs, product quality, compliance, and professionalism — without regard to race, color, religion or belief, political affiliation, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status.

Our markets are intended to be welcoming, family-friendly spaces for vendors, customers, and the community.

Application & Approval Process

To be considered, vendors must:

  • Meet AMV Market Standards

  • Agree to AMV Rules & Regulations

  • Submit a complete online application

  • Provide required documentation, product descriptions, and images

  • Pay applicable application and administrative fees

Vendor approval is based on product quality, compliance, market fit, and overall market balance. AMV reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, or remove vendors or products at its discretion.

Market Setup & Attendance

  • Setup typically begins 1.5–2 hours before market opening

  • Vendors must be ready for business 15 minutes before opening

  • Vendors arriving less than 20 minutes before opening are considered late

  • Late vendors may be denied setup without prior approval

Consistent attendance and reliability are important factors in vendor approval and placement.
