Founded by Bill Davenport, a retired U.S. Navy Chief and 100% disabled veteran, our mission is rooted in service, resilience, and the unwavering commitment to helping others succeed.

After serving over 20 years in the Navy, Bill discovered a new calling — not on the high seas, but on the streets and fields of Florida, helping farmers, makers, and small-town entrepreneurs build thriving businesses through local markets. What began as one market quickly evolved into a movement to elevate the farmers market experience for vendors and customers alike.

Today, Anchored Market Ventures operates multiple farmers markets across Florida’s Panhandle and provides valuable education, books, tools, and digital products to empower vendors, market managers, and homesteaders.
